Return & Refund Policy

Your happiness matters to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

To get started, simply email us at hello@saidewear.com with your order number and reason for returnĀ  our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Please note: as we ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas (Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China), return addresses will be provided on a case-by-case basis depending on your order. Our CS team will confirm the correct return destination for you.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original retail condition : unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all tags still attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

We're so sorry if something arrived not quite right. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll make it right — a replacement will be sent to you free of charge before a refund is considered.

Please note that replacements ship from our overseas manufacturing partners, so standard delivery timeframes (7–14 business days) apply.

To report an issue:

  • Email hello@saidewear.com with your order number
  • Attach a clear photo and brief description of the issue
  • Our team will review and confirm next steps within 1 business day

All defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

4. Size or Colour Changes

If the size or colour isn't quite right, you're welcome to return the item at your own shipping cost and place a new order.

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must be in original packaging with company labelling
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

5. Damaged Items on Arrival

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us immediately — we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, and no return shipping will be required from you. šŸ“¦

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary
  • Reach out to your bank for further clarification
  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received it, email us at hello@saidewear.com

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused upon delivery or not collected from the post office, it will be returned to the sender (our overseas manufacturing partner). In such cases, a 15% deduction may be applied to the refund to cover return handling costs.
