Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. A Note From Us 💛

At SAIDE, we believe great style shouldn't come with unnecessary complexity. We've streamlined our operations so we can focus on what matters most bringing you beautiful pieces and making sure you're looked after every step of the way.

Rather than maintaining a local warehouse, we ship your order directly from our trusted manufacturing partners based in Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China. This means your piece travels straight from the hands that made it, to yours.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM AEST/AEDT (Monday–Friday)
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery to Australia: 7–14 business days from dispatch

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Duties & Taxes

For Australian orders, GST is already included in the price you see  no surprise charges at the door. What you see at checkout is what you pay. 🙌

4. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your parcel's journey on our tracking page.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to activate after dispatch.
  • In rare cases, tracking updates may lag slightly — but rest assured your order is moving. 📦
  • Make sure your email address at checkout is correct so you don't miss your shipping notification.
