Refund policy
1. Overview
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please contact us at hello@saidewear.com to request a return address and instructions. Unless the product was incorrect or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original retail condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when sending back any items.
3. Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective or incorrect products, we will first send you a replacement package free of charge before processing a refund. For lost or undelivered items, a new product will also be shipped free of charge before a refund is issued.
Steps to return defective or incorrect items:

- Provide a clear photo, a brief description of the issue, and your order number.
- Once we review and confirm the issue, we will contact you with the next steps.
Please note that all defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
4. Returns for Size or Color Changes
If the size or color does not meet your expectations, you may return the item at your own shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging with company labeling.
At this time, exchanges are not accepted. However, you may return your item and place a new order within 7 days.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
We recommend checking all packages upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Such items will be replaced at no additional cost, and no return shipping fees will apply.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. This notification will state whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- If still unresolved, contact your bank for more information.

8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If a parcel is refused upon delivery or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the sender. In such cases, a 15% deduction may be applied to the refund amount to cover return handling costs.
